Dana Ann Huey, PT, DPT, PCS, RYT, is a board certified physical therapist and pediatric clinical specialist who has dedicated her career to enhancing the physical development and well-being of children across a broad age range.
She has over 15 years of experience working at a pediatric hospital helping infants, children, and teens with a diverse range of conditions including the following:
Post-NICU (premature births)
Developmental Delay
Torticollis and Plagiocephaly
Rare genetic and chromosomal disorders
Rheumatological disorders
Neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, stroke and seizure disorders
Orthopedic injuries
Blood disorders
Cancer
With expertise in early intervention, she has worked in specialized clinics such as High Risk Infant Clinics, providing care for post-NICU babies. She has helped to bridge the gap between leaving the hospital and accessing early intervention services and in providing earlier diagnoses for these babies.
She has worked for several years providing aquatic therapy and has experience with serial casting, bracing, orthotics, and equipment.
Her approach is patient-centered, focusing on collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
In addition to her clinical skills, Dana is a certified yoga instructor incorporating yoga into her therapy sessions to enhance both physical and emotional well-being. A lifelong yogi herself, she has taught yoga to children and adults alike, bringing a holistic approach to her therapy practice.
As a mother of two, Dana has been humbled by the realities of motherhood and uses this personal experience to enhance her understanding and empathy in her clinical work. Her approach combines a deep well of professional knowledge with a genuine care and understanding of the needs of both children and their families.
Dana established The Little Therapy Co. in 2025 to offer infant wellness and milestones checks and pediatric physical therapy services in the comfort of your own home.
